HM7 Trade Droid: Sell Without Flying Back

A full cargo hold no longer means abandoning the map. The HM7 Trade Droid opens the raw-material sell panel wherever you are in the galaxy.

The biggest time sink in mining is leaving the map the moment your hold fills up and flying all the way back to a station. The HM7 Trade Droid removes that trip entirely.

What it does

The HM7 is a trade droid you fit into a CPU slot. Press its slot and the material sell panel opens right there — no station required. Turn what you have gathered into credits on the spot and carry on mining.

The panel sells the raw materials in your ship's cargo hold. It does not touch your Skylab storage; those resources stay put for production.

How it works

  • Each activation spends 1 use and opens a 5-minute selling session
  • Pressing again while a session is open costs nothing — a stray double-click will not burn a use
  • Moving your ship ends the session. Finish selling, then fly
  • When your uses run out, the droid comes off the slot

Uses live in your inventory, not in a configuration. Unequipping and refitting does not refresh them, and buying a second HM7 adds its uses on top of what you already have.

You can fit one HM7 per configuration.

Timing matters for the price

Your material sell price scales with honor. The higher your honor, the more the same ore is worth — the multiplier climbs up to double, and negative honor pushes it down instead.

So the HM7 is not only about saving time: selling in the field on good honor also spares you everything that can go wrong on the long flight home.

Note: Xenomit cannot be sold — it is reserved for ApexGate production.

Where to get it

Store → Premium. It also appears in the in-game Shop; press the PAYMENT badge on it and you will be taken straight to the store.

One pack carries 200 uses. You can buy up to 5 per order and buy again whenever you like — uses stack.

Clear skies out there.
